Mark Noffsinger

Western Michigan is my home and has allowed me to get in touch with many local families. My knowledge and understanding of the people in my community helps me to provide customers with an outstanding level of service, which has made my job as a Personal Financial Representative such an honor. I look forward to helping families like yours protect the things that are important to you – your family, home, car and more. I can also help you to prepare a strategy to achieve your financial goals.

Deborah Poff

I grew up in Bay City, MI, and moved to the Grand Rapids area when I was 20 years old. I call West Michigan my home! I raised two sons here, both of whom got enlisted in the military right out of high school. After serving their time in the military, they both settled in West Michigan with their families, and I am super happy to have them all close by.

My insurance career began in 1993 working in an agency for 2 Allstate agents on the Southeast side of Grand Rapids. I have been with the Noffsinger Agency since 2011 and owned my own agency for 11 years in between. In 2023, I celebrated 30 years with Allstate! I have worn many hats during my 30-year career with Allstate, but I must say that I thoroughly enjoy my current position with the Noffsinger Agency, where I manage the administration side of the business…some of my co-workers even think I have an IT degree, which is a running joke throughout our agency.

In the summer, you will find me taking advantage of the weather, mainly on a boat, fishing, or just sitting near one of our beautiful lakes and taking it all in. I am not particularly fond of our wintry weather here in Michigan and am looking forward to the day when I can transition to a warmer climate during those months, hopefully working remotely 😊

Michigan winter is for binge-watching, and you will find me catching up on my favorites. I also love attending sporting events and taking in live music whenever I can. GO BLUE!

Ben Verbeek

I made my way over to Noffsinger last February where I moved from the independent side of the insurance world after I had been there for three years. Born and raised in Grandville, I went to Calvin Christian High School and then attended GVSU, where I played basketball for four years. My favorite part of my job is talking to the customer and getting to know them to find out how I can best help them and their family.

In my free time, I enjoy watching and coaching my girls, who are softball fanatics, through little league and now, travel teams. That’s why when I’m not in the office, the best way you can find me is if you check the field (I’m usually the one screaming and cheering). A fun fact about me is that I love to run and have actually completed eight marathons. My favorite part about being a member of the community is the help I do in organizing a ½ marathon and 5k here to benefit many different children’s charities.

Linda Cooper

I grew up in Northern Michigan and I come from a proud Navy family. I have a double degree in English from GVSU and earned my Insurance license in 2003.  Gradually, I moved to Allstate in 2007 and have been working here ever since!

The best part of my job is helping and educating people about the industry, so that they may make smart decisions about what is best for them and their family.

On the weekends you can find me at Church, ballroom dancing, curled up with a good book or watching Dressage and horse racing! I love all things horse-related, reading, shooting targets, old muscle cars, crafts, ballroom dancing, and Church.

At Church, My husband Brian and I have lead the Bibles and Ballroom class, and I love doing the Reading Grandma’s where I get to share my love of reading and bible stories with the young kids!

David Evans

I grew in in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, Virginia. I currently have 17 years in the insurance industry. What most excites me about my job is when a customer feels good about our choices together after reviewing their needs and protecting what’s important to them.

Personally, I enjoy watching my grandkids learn and grow – love talking about them. Some interesting facts about myself are that I served my country, former active duty, and I love to sing. On the weekends you can find me with family, camping or chilling at home. I am also an active member of my church.

Eric Carter

I was born and raised in Rockford, Michigan, about 15 minutes north of Grand Rapids. After graduating from Rockford, I went on to study business at Grand Rapids Community College. I have no prior experience in the insurance industry, and was never something that never really crossed my mind! After going door-to-door marketing for a home improvement company, I really found myself loving every aspect of sales, and just talking to people in general. What’s most exciting about selling insurance specifically, is that you’re truly able to help people protect what matters most. And being able to do so while building a career from it, in a sales-motivated environment, which is where I think I can thrive the most.

My friends and family are the most important thing to me, almost all of my time is spent with them in some way or another. I grew up playing and watching sports every single day, and still can’t go a day without. Whether it be watching the game with my friends, going to the games, or betting on the games, I love everything that comes with sports. You can find me up at my cabin in Newaygo, Michigan, where I spend most of my time away from home. I grew up riding dirt bikes and boats and having bonfires, and that’s exactly how I would want to spend a weekend with my friends and family.

Max Tullio

I am a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, where I was born and raised. Despite having explored various places through travel and relocations, Michigan remains my cherished home. Following my entrepreneurial journey, during which I founded and successfully operated a sales-focused company for a duration of two years, I transitioned into the dynamic field of insurance.

My professional approach is based on a genuine passion for assisting and connecting with individuals. I believe that fostering meaningful connections is integral, and I have found this principle to be particularly resonant within the realm of insurance.

Outside of the professional sphere, my summertime pursuits involve venturing to the scenic Red River Gorge in Kentucky or the captivating New River Gorge in West Virginia. There, I immerse myself in the invigorating experiences of rock climbing and camping. These excursions not only serve as recreational outlets but also allow me to reconnect with nature, providing a balance to my professional endeavors.

Tristan Baker

I grew up in the rural Shelby/Hart area but have recently made a home out of the city of Grand Rapids.

I have a background in customer service and enjoy working with the public. I’m new to the Insurance world, but I find much joy in ensuring families are protected in a time of need. My mission is to ensure all my clients are properly covered so they can rest easy and live confidently.

I enjoy live music, and you can find me supporting local artists when I’m not in the office.

Peter Bui

I grew up in Holland/Zeeland, in the Michigan Area. I went to Grand Valley State University and pursued a Computer Science degree. I had no prior experience with insurance and never thought I would love helping people in this field! Now that I think of it, I love ensuring people are properly covered and always have someone to go to for their insurance needs.

I am very passionate about car detailing and modifying cars. As for my guilty pleasure, I really enjoy powerlifting and I am an avid Anime fan. If I am not at work, I will either be at the gym, cleaning, or tinkering with my car.

James Hodges

I am really exited to be part of the insurance industry. The part about my job I enjoy the most is communicating with people to meet their needs and to help them the best I can.

I grew up in Hart, Michigan. I have experience with construction, fire fighting, and law enforcement. I attended West Shore Community College where I received my associates degree.

When I am not at work, I enjoy camping, golfing, hunting and spending time outdoors. On the weekends you can find me on the golf course or working in my yard.

Brock Luttrull

I grew up in the small but wonderful Wolf Lake community in Muskegon. I graduated from Oakridge High School.

I previously worked at Howmet Aerospace before deciding to pursue a career in the insurance industry. I love this industry because it allows me to talk to new people every day while also being able to help them protect themselves and their loved ones!
Outside of work, I love to be outdoors and enjoy spending a lot of time with my loved ones. I love playing golf, sitting around a bonfire, and going out on the pontoon boat. Oh, and I LOVE watching my Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Lions!

A guilty pleasure of mine is rewatching The Office over and over again. I’m currently on my 39th time all the way through. If I’m not at work, you can find me out on the golf course, out on the boat, around a fire, or at home with my girlfriend & our kitten.

Zachary Birmingham

I grew up in Muskegon, Michigan, and went to school for emergency medicine. I have prior experience as a charge nurse in a nursing home.

I have been in the Insurance business for the past two years, and have sales experience prior to starting this career. My past careers all have one thing in common; helping people. At the bare minimum I want to better a person’s situation.

Personally, I really enjoy thrill seeking and traveling. I love watching sports and am kind of a nerd. When I’m not at work, I love to sing and workout. I also love spending time outdoors with my daughter and my friends.

Hannah Jones

I grew up in the Muskegon/Ravenna area and attended Oakridge High School. After graduating, I attended Muskegon Community College, where I played for the Jayhawks Women’s Soccer team. After receiving my Associate’s degree, I transferred to Ferris State University to attain my Bachelor’s in Risk Management and Insurance.

My experience in this industry started with my time at Ferris, studying the insurance world and learning about its history. This is my first position in insurance, and I am learning so much!

The most exciting thing about my job and what I do is my ability to educate and help the people who come into our office or call us. Every day, I have an opportunity to change someone’s perspective on insurance, which is so cool!

I enjoy spending time with my family, my friends, and my three rescue dogs. I also enjoy playing soccer in my free time. I also spend a lot of time volunteering at Pound Buddies of Muskegon and helping with Operation Solo, a nonprofit I love!

Melissa Fox

I have over fifteen years in the insurance industry, but what really drives me and encourages me to keep going is meeting new people and helping them get protected. Born in North Muskegon, I graduated from Reeths Puffer High School in 1999 where I started in the industry while I attended Baker College. I love educating people about their insurance needs and giving them a better understanding of what they’re paying for.

I have become a soccer mom from my adorable boy, who loves Spring, Fall, indoor, sand and travel soccer. When I’m not at work you can find me on th4e sidelines of the field cheering on my son unless it’s Sunday, where you’ll hear me belting my lungs out singing on stage at Church.

April Nadeau

I’ve worked with Allstate for a while now, spending seven years in Chicago with my father-in-law’s agency before he retired. I grew up in Grand Haven, Michigan and graduated from GHHS!

I have been working for Allstate since 2006 and I love working directly with customers and I really enjoy helping them connect the dots so they can see value in our products.

While I love working at Noffsinger, my number one job is my kids as they are the center of everything I do. When I’m not working, you can find me outside riding bikes, at the lake, camping or just enjoying the fresh air with family. If I ever go missing from the office, make sure to check the Grand Traverse Pie Company as I have a guilty pleasure for sweets and the control is a struggle

Zach Tindall

I grew up just outside of Muskegon in the tight-knit community of Wolf Lake. I have always been passionate about creating positive relationships.

I am new to the insurance industry. However, I have years of experience as a Police Officer in this area and have responded to many calls that result in people having to file insurance claims. I love being able to help people get the best coverage available at a fair price.

Besides work, I enjoy golfing, even though I am decent at best. I love ice cream a little too much, and I enjoy being around friends and family, mostly camping and playing cornhole, etc.

Chris Krebsbach

I grew up in Coopersville, Michigan, and actually, now own/live in the house I grew up in! I primarily worked in construction in my late teens & early 20s. I then proceeded to obtain my BS in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University, which afforded me the opportunity to work in Law Enforcement for a decade! I had no prior working experience in the insurance industry. I’m excited about the opportunity to work in a completely different field than my previous line of work while simultaneously still being able to help people!

I have always enjoyed attending concerts and will likely continue to do so! However, my true passion is spending time with my family at home with our abundance of creatures, both large and small! My favorite guilty pleasure is taking long walks with my family or one of our many creatures. Yes, this includes our outdoor cats 🙂

When I’m not at work, I’m likely spending time with my family or friends. I love attending concerts, sporting events, hiking, fishing, or cookouts! I just love to be active and enjoy one of my many different interests. I am exceptionally passionate about https://www.lorisvoice.org/ and have volunteered with my daughter and several different fundraisers to help contribute to their wonderful vision!

Chris Palmer

I grew up in Muskegon, Michigan. Since graduation, I have achieved multiple certifications in the fitness and IT industries. I have prior experience in the insurance industry, but I am excited to get into a new career path after spending ten years in manufacturing.

What excites me most about this career is how I can help people see that insurance is more than just a bill that you pay monthly and that we’re here to help. During my time in the military, I learned to be very thorough, so I’m glad to be a part of something that takes advantage of my skills.

Personally, when not at work, I love spending time with my fiancé, working out, reading, or hitting the trails on my mountain bike during the summer. My guilty pleasure would have to be anything covered in chocolate. I adopted a sweet tooth from my father when I was growing up. Whenever someone is trying to find me outside of work. The best place to find me is at home with a book in my hand.

I try to donate yearly to child abuse awareness programs and occasionally buy supplies to support Embrace Books located in Muskegon, Michigan!

Drew Bareno

I grew up in Rockford, Michigan, and played Varsity Football and Basketball. After graduating, I attended business classes at GRCC. I started in Sales a little over a year ago and recently made the switch to Insurance! My favorite part about this job is the opportunity to protect and help people by providing them insurance and working with and meeting new people every day!

Personally, I’ve always been passionate about sports. I love to watch, play, and gamble on them. My favorite teams are the Michigan State Spartans and the Detroit Lions. When I’m not working, my favorite way to spend a weekend is in East Lansing for a Basketball or Football game, or at the roulette table down at Gun Lake Casino.
